Long term friends Ian Elliot and Alex Brown share many years of totally unique watch making skills from the world of extreme sport and it’s this knowledge that forms the bedrock behind their extraordinarily capable watches.
British brand, Elliot Brown Watches is based on the Dorset coast. The brand was founded by Ian Elliot – former co-founder of surf brand Animal – and Alex Brown, esteemed horologist. They wanted to make a watch that was good looking and durable, that would be just as at home on the beach as it would the boardroom.
Fair to say that they delivered this in spades and offer watches for both men and women. They are passionate about their special projects, a special edition watch developed and sold to a private group – sometimes a top secret one – with Elliot Brown handing back a portion of sales revenue to a chosen charity, along with very special one-off versions for auction.
Elliot Brown Watches are worn by some of the most inspirational individuals, including those taking part in some of the most extreme challenges, where Elliot Brown watches are constantly put to the test and survive.
