From Dragon’s Den to the Slopes: Nick Jenkins’s Infinity Ski Slope is Inundated after PR Push
When former BBC Dragon and Moonpig Founder, Nick Jenkins, approached Spring PR to help launch his infinity ski slope in Wiltshire we knew exactly what to do to garner excellent coverage across Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
Step inside LDN Pop Up
Our LDN Pop Up event brings together Spring PR brands, in a converted railway arch in London’s East End, to showcase their latest products to a curated group of journalists and influencers. The event, featuring popular treats like Hola Guacamole burritos, Mr Whippy ice cream, and cocktails, creates a vibrant atmosphere for socialising and networking. This annual highlight allows the Spring PR team and our brands to engage with key media as well as other industry professionals, reinforcing the event’s collaborative and community spirit.
Dial in: next-level ski fit
The challenge was introducing the new, state-of-the-art BOA® Fit System to the Alpine ski sector for the first time. Whilst BOA® was trusted across the snowboarding, cycling, trail running, outdoor, and workwear markets, it had to win the trust of the discerning Alpine skier who, potentially, could view the technology with scepticism.
Making a splash: redefining the outdoors
We collaborated with Lyon Equipment for a dynamic three-month influencer campaign to introduce Ortlieb’s new waterproof pack and duffel to the outdoor sector. This collaboration aimed to showcase the durability and innovation of Ortlieb’s products, leveraging the reach and authenticity of influencers, to connect with outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers.
Colours pop, sales surge
We worked with Hydro Flask to launch their Colours of Oregon collection, featuring vibrant hues inspired by the US Pacific Northwest. By creating a visually attractive and strategically placed display in a prime retail store in the Lake District National Park, we increased unit sales by over 250%. Our engaging and well-organised presentation garnered attention and improved shoppers' perception of product quality, demonstrating the power of an effective store showcase in driving sales and transforming consumer behaviour.
Into the wild: where campfires, creators, and brands collide
Our Camp Out is an activity packed outdoor event held on the coast of Dorset in April. Content creators share real-time snapshots and journalists plan their next features as we all get stuck into the great outdoors. Lighting own bonfires, hiking to local beauty spots, wild swimming in the sea, this event gets key media up close and personal with our brands and their new launches.
Go green & gear up: a sustainable revolution
Two events promoting Polartec's new Power Shield Pro were designed to launch this new sustainable, waterproof technology. Working with 66° North, one of the fabric giant's collaboration partners we got active and wet. The idea was to get media and influencers to put Polartec's new plant-based technology to the test in real situations. It was all about getting hands on with the fabric so that Polartec could garner authentic, trusted reviews, op eds and shout outs from respected influencers and journalists.
Stretching our reach: a mat’s media makeover
We secured media coverage in key lifestyle, fitness, and national publications, focusing on 'best yoga mat' round-ups to position Yogamatters as a go-to brand. We researched and selected fitness and wellness influencers to amplify the campaign, enhance brand awareness, and engage established communities.
