Team Spring is back in town! Malmesbury town that is, as we’re now adopting a hybrid form of working. We’re switching our time from Spring HQ – set in the beautiful Charlton Park Estate – and our homes. We had a catch-up to discuss what we were most looking forward to about coming back into the office. Here’s what the team had to say:

Jo: “Coffee and cake, of course! Pair that with a Friday team catch-up and you have yourself a great start to the weekend. We’ve found Friday’s work best after a week of writing press releases, preparing client plans, pitching products, and working through emails so it’s a good outlet for all that remaining creative energy!  Walking Teddy in the stunning grounds of the estate is a plus point too.”

Abbie: “Spring PR’s Feel-Good Friday playlist is what I’ve missed most. It’s 10 hours of everyone’s favourite tunes that get our shoulders shimmying and our heads bopping. If you’re really lucky, we might even have a little sing-along.”

Naomi: “Definitely cake Friday! Before the pandemic, every Friday we would take it in turns to bake (or maybe buy) a delicious cake for the rest of the team. We then sit and have coffee and cake together at 11 am, it’s a lovely way to end a week of hard work!”

Stephanie: “Learning from my incredible team.  When we’re in a room together every day sees a new idea, a fresh perspective, and a creatively charged atmosphere.  Being a part of that again is going to be incredible!”
